Hi, I’m Roshni!

I'm a graphic designer from Chennai, India, currently based in New York. I hold an MFA in Communications Design from Pratt Institute, where I also worked with the Office of International Affairs. Prior to that, I contributed to Ashvita’s, a cultural space in Chennai.

My work is grounded in an interest in the tactility of handmade objects and analog processes. My visual language and design approach is shaped by experiments in materials and textures.

British Council: Festival Connections

Illustrations and infographics

Festival Connections was an initiative by the British Council (supported by the Arts and Culture Resources India) with an aim to fill a gap in the space of knowledge-sharing and learning about the management and administration of cultural festivals in India. Over the pandemic, these events were held as a series of webinars. For their social media marketing efforts, I created illustrations/infographics summarising key takeaways from their workshops.
